This guitar certainly looks the part. It's unclear what colour it used to be but it's been finished very well. Three piece ash body with a killer grain. It's in very good condition with only a few minor knocks. Neck pickup cavity has been widened.

The neck has been refinished in poly and is in good shape. There are a few marks and scratches again but nothing serious. The fretboard has been sanded and wear patches filled when it was refretted and looks in good shape.

Hardware is mostly repro or later pieces. The pickguard is a reproduction.

Electrically everything has been changed. Pickups are Seymour Duncan examples. Pots, switch and capacitor are all more recent.

The guitar comes with a hardshell case.

This guitar delivers that classic tele tone without taking your head off. The neck pickup has that chewy quality that holds its own so well when combined with the bridge pickup. Once in that bridge position, there is a depth to the sound which is so uniquely Telecaster and flies in the face of your expectations of this guitar.

Looking for some vintage tones at a reasonable price? This might be what you're looking for. Grab it before it's gone…
