A great example of a 1980 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe, finished in Tobacco Sunburst across the top, back, neck, and headstock—a classic Les Paul look from this era!. These late-'70s to early-'80s Deluxes continue to offer fantastic vintage value, with solid construction, great spec, and era-defining looks.

This is a post-sandwich body model, with a solid Mahogany body and carved Maple top. It features the classic 3-piece Maple neck, Rosewood fingerboard, 8 digit serial number, Made in USA stamp, volute and original factory nickel Grover tuners. The mini humbuckers give it a slightly brighter, more focused tone than full-sized humbuckers, offering excellent clarity and punch while still delivering that Les Paul weight and sustain.

Other original features include a Nashville bridge, amber speed knobs, and a metal jackplate, all adding to the robust, workhorse nature of the guitar. The neck profile is a medium C that feels solid and comfortable, and overall the guitar plays cleanly throughout.

If you’re after a vintage Gibson Les Paul with cool looks and solid bones this Deluxe fits the bill! A reliable player with vintage credibility and classic tone, at a price that still makes sense in today’s market. Comes complete with original 'chainsaw' Gibson hard case
