How about a super vibey, big neck, all original, classic 1963 Fender Strat? A no-brainer really…

This guitar oozes style. The three tone sunburst has faded and been worn away in places giving it that distinctive look that you only get from an early 60s sunburst strat. All the hall-marks of a well used and well loved guitar are here..

The neck (dated January 1963) has worn wonderfully and is the desirable fuller feeling neck profile you only get during 1963 to early 1964. The frets have plenty of life left in them and the fretboard is in good shape, showing some signs of wear. 

The nitrate pickguard is in good condition and thankfully there has been no extra routing inside. The other plastic parts are in great shape. 

The hardware is in good condition with some of the usual corrosion which does not affect performance of course. 

Electronically, everything is as expected. The tone controls both date to week 6 of 1963 and not one single solder joint has been disturbed. Which is rare.

Guitar comes with its correct Selmer hardshell case.

Sonically, this guitar delivers those wonderful 60’s black bottom Strat tones built on the bedrock of a spry acoustic sound. The neck profile is a nice medium one and it is a nice light weight of 3.62Kg
