A fantastic example of a 1957 Gibson Les Paul Junior in its original Sunburst finish, this one is worthy if it's golden-era Gibson solidbody status! 

Features include a single piece mahogany body with a particularly attractive grain pattern, paired with a single piece mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. The neck profile is chunky, as you'd expect from this era, but it has a very subtle hint of a V—comfortable, full, and very much alive in the hands and overall it's a very good playing example with plenty of height left in the original frets.

The original P-90 pickup delivers exactly what you'd want—raw, dynamic, and harmonically rich, capable of everything from cutting, aggressive tones to smooth, mellow warmth depending on how you dial it in. Other hardware includes the original nickel wraparound bridge and studs, and a set of single-line, three-a-side Kluson tuners. The volume pot appears to have been changed, but otherwise the electronics, hardware and plastics are all present and correct. 

As with all great Juniors, the magic lies in the simplicity and responsiveness—a masterclass in form and function. With just a single pickup, a volume and a tone control, this guitar offers surprising tonal versatility, responding beautifully to touch and dynamics.
