Wonderful Vega Professional Banjo from 1925 with its original plush lined Vega case. The banjo is in excellent condition throughout. Constructed around a 32 hole tone ring with pie sectioned Maple resonator with tortoiseshell binding. Featuring a 19 fret tenor neck constructed from select Maple with centre strip, a bound Ebony fingerboard punctuated with pearl inlayed position markers and elaborate peghead Inlay. The banjo still sports its original Vega Nickel plated armrest, Grover tuners and Grover manufactured 'Vegaphone Professional' etched presto tailpiece.

The banjo is paired with its original plush lined Vega case. The case is in equally good condition, the lock and latches still function and the blue lining is unfaded and unworn. The Vega Label is still present on the case lid and there is an additional Hawkes and Son pinned badge internally hinting that this was an export instrument.

All in all an excellent example in stunning condition.
