What we think…..
We should all try tremolo at least once. The warm, rhythmic pulse thats been the driving force behind some iconic records, it is surely one of the most instantly recognisable effects thats currently currying favour with guitarist once again. The Violet lets you go from a more vintage feeling effect to a choppy square wave modulation that has a more contemporary edge. As with all of Flattley’s pedals, meticulous attention is given to retaining your basic tone. The controls are straight forward with the volume being a welcome addition as these effects can often cause a drop in your output signal. Finished in eye-catching purple burst, you will not miss this one on your pedalboard. If you’re looking for that iconic Fender-style warble or something a little more au courant, the Violet from Flattley must be your first port of call.
