Dividing opinion as it does, Fender’s Custom Shop relics are always surprising and unique, as they should be. This stunning 2016 ‘52 reissue Telecaster is no exception.

The relic job is really amazing, and we love the butterscotch finish and how its been so tastefully worn.  Another striking thing about this guitar is the weight. At 3.5kgs we’re in true vintage tele territory, perfectly balanced and ready to rock.

It's a great player, there's something about lightweight Teles that just makes sense. They have an urgency and snappiness that you really can only get from a good Telecaster, and this one is no exception. The satin finish neck is supremely comfortable, and it's set up really nicely to boot. The pickups (Fender Custom Shop Twisted Tele set) sound excellent, very accurate to original blackguards that we've had in the shop.

The guitar comes with the original case and all the original case candy. 

Tasteful aging for that oh so accurate look, this guitar is begging for you to take it out and show off to you friends. Grab it before someone else does…
