Bought new from Peach Guitars just two years ago, this 2021 Fender Custom Shop '51 Nocaster Dale Wilson Heavy Relic really is something quite special!

One of Fender's most revered master builders, Dale Wilson's guitars are incredibly sought after and cherished instruments. Looking at this Tele, its easy to see why... 

The relic job is really amazing, and we love the light blonde finish (what's left of it at least!). Another striking thing about this guitar is the weight, or rather the lack thereof. At less than 3kg its a true lightweight, a bit like the last genuine Nocaster that we had in...

It's a great player, there's something about lightweight Teles that just makes sense. They have an urgency and snappiness that you really can only get from a good Telecaster, and this one is no exception. The satin finish neck is supremely comfortable, and it's set up really nicely to boot. The pickups (Fender 50-51 Blackguard set) sound excellent, very accurate to original blackguards that we've had in the shop.

The guitar comes with the original case and al the original case candy, including the shop floor traveller. It's exactly as it was when Peach Guitars sold it brand new two years ago.

Dale Wilson's creations don't come through our doors very often, this one is really cool and we doubt it will hang around for too long...
