Made using only the finest tonewoods and highest quality construction, the craftsmanship is immediately apparent with this S-35. The tight grain Alpine Spruce top and figured AAAA Ebony back and sides work wonderfully together to give not only a bright, loud, tight and well balanced sound but a stunning piece to look at too. 

A relatively plain model in appearance, the S-35 is wonderfully understated with a focus on quality of materials and attention to detail. This is a very classy guitar with it's minimal styling. The front and back Rosewood headstock veneer is a really nice touch, as are the Ebony tuner buttons and Walnut bound body.

Sound wise the clarity, dynamic range and projection is quite remarkable. It has the ability to go from a whisper to a roar, while remaining very balanced.

The overall condition is excellent, and besides the odd mild ding to the top there isn't much sign of use at all. No doubt this guitar has been cherished by the previous owner, and certainly well cared for. A fantastic instrument. Comes complete in it's fitted Lowden hard case.
