From 2000 comes this stunning 2000 PRS Custom 22 “10 Top”. It’s nearly mint and original with all the original documentation and a certificate of authenticity.

As you’d expect from a PRS, the choice of woods is exquisite with the finish really showcasing the top and neck grains to perfection. There are a few minor dinks on the back of the neck and a small chip on the back of the headstock which represents the only blemishes to this well cared for guitar.

Its a brilliant player as you’d expect from Paul Reed Smith with a sound that at once vintage and modern with the 5 way McCarthy rotary switch offering a wide palette of tones.

For those of you that don’t know, a 10 Top is defined by PRS as

A very small percent of the maple trees cut in North America are actually figured. To make “10-Top” status, a PRS top must have clearly defined figure across its entire top with no “dead” spots. A guitar designated as a 10-Top will usually have a small “10” written or stamped on the back of the headstock in the upper right corner.
