The second incarnation of the bolt on EG series, these EG2’s featured and alder body, maple neck with a pair of specially designed Lindy Fralin Zero Noise domino hum-cancelling single coil pickups married to a PRS HFS humbucker. They were built between 1992 and 1995.

This guitar is in stunning condition. No real signs of wear anywhere and every sign that this has been a well cared for instrument.

The neck feels great to play and again shows no real signs of wear. The frets have seen some use but there is plenty of life left in them.

Plastic and hardware too is free of any signs of use.

Electrically everything has been left untouched.

The guitar comes with its correct hardshell case.

 The tonal options here are impressive, with plenty of scope for some delicious single coil tone from the Lindy Frailin staggered single coils with the PRS humbucker really kicking things off. The coil tap adds to nice options making this quite a formidable package.  

PRS’s take on the Fender model is not to be overlooked with a great neck and killer pickups. Grab this one before it gets away…
