We are delighted to present to you the genesis of  Fender amps, the Deluxe has been a mainstay of the range from the very beginning, setting the bar by which others are measured.

This is a stunning example example, one of the best we have seen. A few marks here and there but miraculously there aren't any substantial tears and the original tweed is in amazing shape! There is a very slight single drip type stain on the grill cloth but no sign of any other damage.  The control panel is in great condition showing no signs of bubbling and  the silk screened text is still very visible. .

The amp is still fitted with its correct Jensen P12 speaker. There has been some maintenance work carried out on the amp with the parts that have been changed included in the sale. As you can see from the pictures, what work that has ben done has been carried out very sympathetically to not only retain the tone but also the look of the circuitry. The correct output and power transformers are still present.

As you’d hope, this amp sounds fantastic. With the volume set above half we’re straight into classic tweed territory and a sound that has to be heard to be believed. There is no doubt why this is such a lauded amp.

These don’t come up for sale very often, especially in this incredible condition.
